**1. Zero Third-Party Ad Tracking:** The QR Pros never injects third-party advertisements onto customer QR codes or hosted mobile landing pages, and never sells customer or scanner data to data brokers.

**2. QR Scan Telemetry & Anonymization:** When an end user scans a Dynamic QR Code hosted on `theqrpros.link`, `login.theqrpros.com`, or a customer’s custom CNAME domain, our platform records anonymized scan metadata (timestamp, approximate city/country derived from IP, browser language, and operating system) solely for the account owner’s analytics dashboard in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

**3. Lead Form & vCard Data Ownership:** Any contact information voluntarily submitted by an end user on a customer’s hosted QR Form or Digital Business Card belongs 100% to that customer account.

**4. Website Analytics & Browser Privacy Signals:** This website uses our self-hosted, first-party Matomo analytics (`stats.greentreehosting.net`) to count page views and improve our content. It runs without cookies, visitor IP addresses are truncated before storage, no advertising networks or third-party trackers are used, and nothing is sold or shared. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics does not run.
